Oanh Nguyen is a terrible permanent makeup artist. Do-not bother her. She used bad quality products like her inks got faded out in 2 months even me and my co-workers went 3 times for touched up 5 mont
I love Oanh, she makes sure that I'm comfortable, and won't feel any pain. She's very nice, very kind and beautiful. Highly recommended, every dollar I paid are all worth it. She's awesome!
